Philly cheesesteak on
Italian herbswith lettuce, carrots, onions and jalapeños, it is on white bread not Italian herbs it has lettuce no carrots no onions does have jalapeños.

Terrible, why toast the bread with the Salad on it? beware dont get it toasted
