Sub was perfect, cookies were great as always, but the wrap was not quite what was ordered (chicken pieces instead of strips and mayo instead of ranch) but close enough, we're not really that fussy. The only real gripe I have is that the wrap itself was hard, almost like I was going stale. Otherwise a perfectly enjoyable meal.

Somehow I got a footlong toasted sub (which was hard and could not be chewed) when I ordered a 6-inch fresh sub. The only thing right was the filling. The drink was also not what I ordered.

There wasn't much care taken with making the subs and were coated in sauce and wasn't at all enjoyable to eat. It was inedible and the drinks were laying on the food making them go cold, we have never had an experience like this eating in store.

I normally choose not to get to many extras they're nice and fully loaded. But these were half filled and flat.

The Italian BMT was ok but didn't seem to be as big or as tasty as the ones I used to buy.
The cookie was delicious.
