My meatballs was dry not enough meatballs or sauce the bread was stale .
Steak and cheese bread was stale and dry

Put cheese in my Falafel wrap despite me specifically asking for none and not selecting any in the wrap build either. Pretty annoying as I'm lactose intolerant. The wraps were also falling apart and stuck to the paper badly. Don't think they were grilled either. My previous Subway wrap experience was great, so quite dissatisfied by the service this time.

Store was lovely, they were out of the bread I wanted. They wrote a lovely note and put in some cookies. Great service
