Meatball Marinara was not toasted as requested. Meatballs seem to have shrunk, and very little marinara sauce. Half the bun was completely empty. Very skimpy with cheese and olives. Sandwich was cold when I received it. I ordered four items that should have included small cups of cheese, but I only got three cheese cups.

Bacon is not crispy. It's very limp, barely cooked, and does not taste hickory smoked at all! It's so thin it really has no taste to it! It would also be better if the bacon was cut into bite size pieces instead of full strips. The tomatoes also! Or at least send a utensil package with a knife in it to cut it up instead of just a fork! That being said, the salad was fresh and plentiful.

the last three times I have ordered the meatball sub, the bun has been slightly burned. Also the last couple of inches of the end of bun has been extremely dry and crusty with the texture like a crouton and I've had to throw it away because it was inedible.

Only ate subway in this town twice, and it's becoming a favorite of mine again, I'll definitely be coming back more often as a healthy choice
