I love their food items and variety-- would give them 4.5 as very good value. A couple of times I ordered 2 or 3 roll combos and didn't receive side items I ordered (Miso soup or small salad) which is why I didn't rate them higher.

The poke bowl is fresh and delicious, but the sauce on top is crazy sweet. Please give an option for another/no sauce.

Poke bowl had way too much sauce. It must have been a mistake.
Crab rangoons were soggy and greasy.

The poke bowls were pretty good but the crab rangoons were pretty flavorless and the dumplings were just ok.
