Tuna Nikko Maki Roll is normally great, unless it is packaged with room temperature rolls, then it makes everything hot since it's deep fried.

I love sushi coast, this last order had some disappointing aspects though. the Philadelphia Maki Roll and California Roll had mushy, poor quality rice, and wasn't cut to the correct amount of pieces. We received 6 huge mushy riced pieces when it should have been 8, more manageable pieces at least. I requested my Quail egg to be on my Black Tobiko which I think they did? I never found the yolk...I believe it was so squished in the container it broke and bled onto everything else so much you couldn't find it. Which is kind of the point of the egg.
First time trying the Miso Asari Soup,it was good but not many clams, and I assumed it had everything the miso soup came with plus clams, it's only broth, shelled clams (also unexpected to be shelled imo) and a very very sad amount of green onion.
They have my loyalty though because the price point and overall quality of the fish is near impossible to find.

Agedashi Tofu is always outstanding and the Lunc Tonkatsu Bentoh was incredibly tasty with great portions. The Kid's Tonkatsu was very satisfying to my child as was the Kid's Beef Teriyaki ...I can't say enough about this and my kids only love green beans because of the fried green beans in the kids side dish. I always always love the Spider Roll which tops any other sushi restaurant I've ever visited! 5 stars all the way!

Food was superbly packaged. The tempura fried seafood plate was great. Tried something new and it was great. The Salmon Teriyaki and Tempura Shrimp bento was fantastic. You could easily take apart the salmon with chopsticks and everything tasted wonderful. Eel sashimi is always such a tasty treat. Salmon sashimi was thick and delicious. The salad with miso dressing is exactly what I was looking for in a simple salad. This place truly is amazing. I used to go here a ton YEARS ago where me and my friend got close with one of the servers. I hadn't been since he died and the food is still just as good as it was years ago. Good memories and even better food. Thank you for the trip down memory lane and the chance to try some new seafood.

Hari Kari Maki Roll is absolutely fabulous and taste delicious. Probably new favorite. The Crunch California Roll is pretty good as well. Basic which I like thats why I got it. I add cream cheese which hit. Definitely recommend adding spicy sauce to it.
