Sushiya has the best sushi in the valley! They always have the freshest fish at the best prices and their menu is so extensive, there's something for everybody here! They have great portion sizes and always have a super friendly staff. Sushiya is my favorite sushi spot ever!

The Sunrise Roll is my favorite type of roll. Unfortunately they were really stingy with the lemon slice (which is kinda the whole point for me) to where you could barely taste it. The Gyoza and Baked Green Mussels were delicious! The King Crab Soup was nothing to brag about. It was a very runny creamy broth with pieces of crab and a slight spice to it. I wont be getting that again. I really looked forward to trying the Pork Belly but they were out of it :(

All of the Salmon Sashimi and salmon in the Sunrise Roll and Philadelphia Roll rolls smells super old and fishy and like fake smoke. I was scared to eat it. The Orange Blossom Roll doesn't say anything about cream cheese in the description and there is cream cheese in it. All of the crab mix is spicy and that is mentioned, but there's no need for this and doesn't taste good.

The rolls are as always FANTASTIC!!! But.. you forgot my soup.. will still continue to love this place!

It had good value tasted really good, and for two people the three roll deal with Miso Soup, and Edamame was of decent value
