I ordered no SF coconut, and there is definitely coconut flavouring. They didn't add the lavender, and the tapioca pearls are under cooked. 4 stars bc it's tasty, but I wish I had gotten no pearls or another flavour.

I ordered a 44oz custom Refresher with a pretty complex fruit flavor mix, vanilla creme, and gummy sharks. I ended up receiving a 44oz cup of a white murky drink that tasted like straight up water and only got 2 gummies. Mind you the gummies were not cheap as an add-on. This place had really good reviews so I was looking forward to it. I did order extremely close to close so maybe some worker got frustrated that I ordered so late thinking they were set for the night and messed up the drink on purpose. My experience was terrible but maybe yours won't be, yet again most reviews are positive.

The Salted Pretzel Bites and Chocolate Chip - Mini were very good, but the Sprite in my Riptide was just carbonated water and it tasted really bad. I think their soda machine ran out of Sprite syrup, but they made the drink anyway and gave it to the Dasher.

The pretzels get a bit soggy by the time they reach you and the cookies can be on the stale side. They should use a different container for the pretzels!

I ordered the The Founder and ended up with a regular diet Coke. it was a waste of my money. This store is incredibly inconsistent with their orders.
