• 31/7/22Food was EXCELLENT!!! Very pleased with quality and quantity. BUT there was no utensils included so I had to eat my poutine with my fingers. Delivery was in a hotel room. Otherwise A1+.

• 18/7/26BBQ chicken didn't have any BBQ sauce in it and was very plain. Overpriced and mediocre quality and portions. Overall disappointing.

• 24/10/25in our Classic Family PAK , the salad dressing packet was open in the bag, leaking everywhere and unusable. fries were underdone and small portion

• 4/2/22The entire order was poorly done! Worst experience ever with Swiss Chalet!!!!! All rice orders were not fully cook properly and the grains were all hard. All chicken orders were dry and not seasoned well, and did not taste like rotisserie. It was as though the chicken was boiled. Honestly a disappointingly, complete waste of money!
