• 4/10/26I ordered a garden salad $8.09 only to discover it is the same size as the one you get for free if you choose it as a side to the main item, in my case the rotisserie chicken bun. That is a huge rip off. For 8 bucks it should have been a large salad. For the side I ordered market vegetables. Unbelievably, they put these in the box with the hot chicken bun. Of course they wilted from the heat making them inedible - zero crunch, just soggy veggies. A big fail by Swiss Chalet for having paid $47 in total. Tried to phone but they wouldn't answer.

• 31/8/26I ordered the family soup at $12.99. Alas it was way too much broth and too little noodles. Garden salad was good.

• 1/11/25the food exceed my expectations! Although Swiss Chalet has participated in shrinkphlation by finding smaller chickens, the results are superior to the original product! Ribs! Great! Sides ok.

• 16/3/26Tender flavourful chicken in the chicken rotisserie on a bun. Wish the bun was a little bit bigger. Wish I could say no dill pickle. I hate it. Lemon pie is to die for.
