My go-to lunch. Basil Popcorn Chicken is to perfection, not too salty, crunchy on the outside juicy chicken on the inside. Earl Grey Milk Tea has the perfect amount of caffeine that comes with a balanced sweetness, it's my favorite. I recommend these two, I've gotten them more than twice already.

Great tasting milk tea and fresh snacks! The Snow Globe & Pearl Milk Tea I got was pretty tasty and the store followed my customization perfectly. The Egg puff was also fresh and really good.

Food and drinks was quick. However, the customer services was not the greatest. Seemed kind of rude when I asked if they had ranch or special sauces served with their appetizers. The remark was uncalled for and unpleasant. But I did get offered their personal Chik Fil A sauce which I didn't know it was their personal one. Kindly declined though. Other than that, tastes like every other T4.

Takoyaki batter was not fully cooked inside but it was still delicious. The sauce on top was super yummy and whatever the shaved stuff on top was, totally loved it!. Basil popcorn chicken was just as tasty as ever. It's what brings me to this T4 over and over again. Glad I also tried something new this time!. Honey peach royal tea had a strange aftertaste, But probably because I added jellies.
