The plastic cups were not packed properly. When the order arrived, the bubble tea cup cracked and fell on the floor. We only recieved 2 Bubble Tea in tact, whereas the one that cracked, we lost all the Bubble Tea.

Ordered the Lychee black tea, 30% sweetness but they cranked it up to 100%. It was so sweet I cou drink it... :(
