Our food was EXCELLENT tonight! I'd give 10 stars if possible. All items were fresh and fixed just as ordered. All food items made it in the bag and a variety of sauces were sent as well. The only problems we encountered were the hard shell tacos were broken in several pieces and the nacho cheese cups were only half full. Otherwise, it was a perfect order. Great job to the night crew!

Giving 3 stars tonight because one of our 5-layer burritos did not make it in the bag, the taco shells were stale, the chicken flatbread didn't taste right and the nacho cheese cups only had enough cheese in them to cover the bottom. Thankfully, we keep nacho cheese cups in the pantry, but it's not as good. The rest of our food had a good taste, although we would love to see as much shredded cheese as there is lettuce on the taco and chaloupa in the future. Adding to the mishaps tonight, someone else's unwanted soft taco supreme's (2) ended up in our bag. Disappointed with our order tonight to say the least, as well as the much anticipated Baja Midnight Blast. There was barely any flavor to it, and even without ice it still tasted watered down (we tried it both ways). Maybe it just needed to be changed out, only the person at the pickup window knew, but we drink flavored water that tastes better than that. Hopefully our next experience will be better.

I ordered 14 items and asked for 20 Hot Sauce Packet and you sent me 7 lol, my steak tacos I order meat only and there was literally 3 cubes of steak on my taco. I have worked there before so I do know what a scoop looks like and it's way more than 3 small pieces on a 6 inch tort. my beef tacos had half a scoop of beef on them, it didn't even stretch across half the tortilla, the beef scoop is literally shaped long ways to go almost the length of a tortilla. I order here 3 times a week at the minimum you would think when my $40 order pops up they'd atleast make it right. the other day they forgot 3 tacos I forgot to call and replace on top of it. I guess I can't complain much about the sauces though considering 7 is better than the usual 0 they send me even though I purposely order 20 of them so it stands out and they won't forget. Which I'm sure they were going to forget them again this time because I asked my dasher to ask them to double check and my bag wasn't sealed like it usually is so that tells me they opened it to add them lol. I guess next time I'll order 50, maybe that'll work.
