they are great when they get the order right , foods delicious. but they really need to pay attention to the orders. I'm a loyal customer and I got to say 3 to 4 times out of 10 the orders is missing items or wrong or cold. and they always forget to give a straw lol

The pineapple refresher I ordered was clear and had no flavor . And I ordered 2 discovery box and neither one came with the Nacho cheese DLT  MISSING items . So therefore 3 items wrong. Guac is also oily and brown
