Like, no cheese on the Quesadilla Cheese? Over half was just tortilla... ew. Will not order again. Especially for over $7 for one tortilla and a tablespoon of shredded cheese. The burrito was soggy and runny

Ordered the Salted Caramel Churros and received two little tiny pieces about 2 inches long. Not at all what the picture shows (clearly more than 2) and they are MUCH smaller than the photos make them seem. $4 for that is absolute robbery. Not sure if they messed up my order bc 2 for that price is crazy. Would not have bothered if that were the case.

Gifted order for a friend. Missing cinnamon twists for the second time, my hardshell taco the had almost no shredded cheese, literally a small pinch on top. Crunch wrap had sour cream after I removed it, and was soggy only after 10 minutes of delivery.

My last few experiences have been sub-par from this Taco Bell, with my order being partially wrong. This time it was the side. I asked for chips and cheese but got fries instead. On my previous order a month or so ago, I ordered a Bubly water and got a large pop instead.
