The Crunchwrap Supreme I received was completely stale and tough, lacking the soft and fresh texture expected. It was unpleasant to eat and clearly not freshly prepared, which indicates poor food handling or storage.
Issue 2: Overcooked and Cold Fries
The fries were severely overcooked and served cold. They were dry, hard, and tasted old, suggesting they had been left out for too long before being served. This made them inedible and well below the expected quality standard.
Issue 3: Dry and Low-Quality Taco Wrap
The taco wrap was dry, flavorless, and appeared to have been sitting out before being packaged. The texture and taste made it clear the item wasn’t freshly made or handled properly.
Overall Experience:
Given the poor condition of all items in the order, the meal was not fit for consumption and did not meet the standard of quality or freshness expected from your restaurant. I am requesting a full refund for this order, as the food was unsatisfactory and failed to meet basic quality standards.
