I usually love taco John's but Im really disappointed this time around. The Fried Chicken was so small for the $9 they charged me. The Mexican Donut Bites were undercooke and raw in the middle. The churro was amazing. But thats really the only redeeming factor.

Food was all cold, chorizo in the burrito was flavorless, all I tasted was the pickled jalapeños. The cold brew was absolutely disgusting, incredibly sweet and tasted like chemicals. The people working there did nothing wrong, Taco Johns just needs better ingredients and recipes.

Churro was moist and still warm. The Super Potato Olés® were delicious and I really liked having potato instead of chips to eat with a fork!

the Beefy Tostada was very flavourful had was the Nacho Cheese sauce the crispy tortilla was of good quality

The food made it here at a good temperature. I don't live far from the restaurant at all, yet the hard shell tacos were soggy at the bottom. Also, the price for the "griller" burrito and what you actually get is RIDICULOUS!!!! Definitely a step up from Taco Bell, but I'm not sure any of it is worth the price! This review isn't a locational thing. The Monona location is pretty great!! However, CORPORATE needs to have more meaningful meetings about product quality and pricing.
