All of our food had customizations. I'm not kidding, even our doughnuts, and EVERYTHING was right! Even attempting the same thing with Taco Bell is impossible. You're lucky if your customized food results in something edible! But today, the team at Taco John's was absolutely wonderful and 100% on their game! Our knit-picky customizations were spot on and much appreciated 👏🏻

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch and Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Burrito and the Crunchy chicken and potatoe Burrito,there is quite literally no meat. not impressed paying 8 dollars for a burrito that has potlettuce ole and a little lettice.

No plastic ware sent with an order to a hotel. Poor app design. All toppings required a response choices were extra or light. I did not want extra. The container was barely 1/4 full for the full price and they did not send the guacamole

burritos were not rolled properly and super sloppy ingredients fellout once i picked it up could tell that weren't focused on product but on speed could use better training i worked there 10 years ago and would never let food out unless I was satisfied and would take pride in my work hope this helps and you guys train the younger ones better

Received dry chicken that was rock hard. Fish was also so old that it was shriveled up inside of hard breading. The filet itself was so small it didn't fill in half of the fish taco. Taco meat was burnt and none of my kids would eat the tacos, and they absolutely love the tacos from here. I understand busy days and being understaffed, but there's no reason that any of that food shouldn't have been fresh. Not sure what happened, if they just gave us food that was sitting in a warmer for too long or timed out. But we all were extremely disappointed. Taco John's is my fav fast food place and this is the first time in decades that I have ever been this disappointed in the quality.
