This is my favorite food truck in Roswell! Quick, fresh, delicious! I always order the Combo Tacos. They are never greasy, the meat is cooked to perfection with a little char/crisp (I usually get the ground beef). The Tosticeviche de Camarón taste just like what I had in Mexico on vacation. The fresh sliced avocado on top makes it even better.

This THE taco truck to go to! I usually go to the one up north by the bank. Not anymore! The tacos were tasty and reasonably priced! Yeah, the sides were small but that's typical. Came with plenty of toppings and salsa.

The Tosti Ceviche Shrimp, Combo Tacos (4) Rice and beans, Combo de Gorditas, Combo de Sopes, Torta with fries, Papas Fritas con Asada/Asada Fries, Hamburguesa / Hamburger, Aguas frescas de strawberry horchata were all so flavorful & delicioso I highly recommend Taco Loco to everyone ☺️

Food was EASILY A 10 out of 10!!!! Salsa, meat,tortilas,jalapeños,rice,beans! 100% awesome.
The only thing that I was disappointed about was the riceand beans ssizes were alot smaller than I thought they be.

The shrimp dishes we ordered were both over cooked and tough. The first time we ordered this everything was perfect. We saw Taco Loco was back in town we were excited, looking forward to a special meal. Tonight was a disappointment.
