The NINNIKU (GARLIC) TONKOTSU RAMEN is my husbands favorite here! Personally I love the GARLIC FRIED RICE Monster style. I get it every time! We also get EDAMAME, all dif styles, and love them all.
Today, I ordered an extra TONKOTSU RAMEN shio for my son.
Our order arrived in a sturdy brown sack stapeled together. Everything looked like it was packed in there well. However.... we soon realized that we received Spicy Ramon instead of the shio Tonkotsu Ramon that we ordered.
Both ramons Tubs were incorrectly labled for what was inside them, or our order. (Mixed up stuff)
So we open the tubs of ramon, and realize there is a smaller plastic tub full of ingredients, inside the bigger tub that has the liquid in it. Then a lid on top. Great? No. The noodles were to tightly packed, that even after soaking in its broth, it was still difficult to pull out noodles to eat.
This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at, but our 1st time getting it delivered to our house. So I think thats the primary cause of all of this. It will not stop me from loving this place! 5 Stars everything but this time. And this time wasnt horrible! 4 stars!
Overall- We highly recommend GOING to Tamashi! Serving sizes are more than filling for a grown man even. Sharing with your table mates is also an excellent idea!

noodles taste stale and dry, no juice, 90% container 10% ramen, the egg is barley cooked leaving yolk oozing out, for the price it wasnt worth it. very sad I usually love this place outside of doordash.

despite being a ramen place i always order the CHASHUDON LARGE because it's just that good. don't be fooled though, all of the ramen bowls i've tried from here were just as delicious and flavorful. food is very professionally packaged, even including stickers labeling each to go box, and always arrives hot. i have and will continue to order from here again!

I travel for work and have eaten 100s of bowls of ramen all over the country / world. Out of all places I've visited, Tamashi is one of the very best. This place is an institution. Authentic TONKOTSU RAMEN with some of the best broth ive ever had. Surprising to find such high quality food in little Edmond, OK.

Tamashii never disappoints, the Gyoza (Potstickers) were still crispy when the got to my house. If you're looking for a killer meal, get the Garlic Fried Rice monster style, it has every kind of meat in it and it's always so creamy and delicious! Always 5 stars.
