• 14/10/23The Small Dip of Guacamole was bigger than I thought it would be and full of avocado, instead of tomatoes as filler like other restaurants. The shrimp burrito had a good amount of shrimp. The chicken fajita taco needed the veggies cooked more. Overall the meal was tasty, bigger, and less expensive than other Healdsburg places. Authentic Mexican food!

• 23/9/23Guadalajara is seriously the best taqueria in H'burg. So authentic and reasonably priced compared to my next favorite. The rellenos are incredible as are the burritos. The tourists aren't really aware of this gem compared to the one across from Oakville Grocery, but the locals are. I'd give it more stars if I could!

• 7/2/26This has been my favorite Taqueria since I was 14. Consistency and flavor are 10/10. I absolutely love their style of cooking. The tacos,burritos and quesadillas are my go-to. The Burrito Manadero is unique and incredible.

• 16/8/24Regular Tacos The picture shows 3 tacos, and while I should have done the math to realize I was only getting one, I didn't. I would have happily ordered 3, and the carne asada taco was awesome. But it's pretty misleading to put 3 in the image and just send me 1.
