• 28/10/26There are meals that arrive with great ceremony, and there are meals wise enough to dispense with such nonsense. Chicken on a stick, burnished at the edges and splendidly savory, accompanied by a noble little province of fresh white rice, is firmly among the latter.
No garnish need petition for attention. No sauce need perform acrobatics. Here is chicken, here is rice, and here, by some ancient and excellent arithmetic, is contentment.
The chicken was tender, flavorful, and gone far sooner than good manners would ordinarily permit. The rice performed its quiet office with distinction, gathering every stray drop and morsel like a faithful steward.
I approached expecting supper. I departed reminded that civilization has, on occasion, got things exactly right.
Until We Eat Again.

• 14/3/25The C25. Sesame Chicken and C24. General Tso's Chicken were both slighty crispy and very flavorful. The chicken was a little stringy but it is still the best Chinese takeout I've had in Bethlehem. The rice was a bit bland but the 4. Fried Wonton (10 Pieces)were amazing and crispy.

• 16/12/25Our go to Chinese spot is no longer and we have been trying so many in the valley for over a year. This is a tremendous place with really cool options . Haven't had one thing that wasn't delish. First order the egg rolls were a little off to be fair but tonight they were amazing! Ribs, Gen T, Pork fried rice, Mongo Beef, Chefs kiss! All the apps . We will only be going here from now on!
