SPECIALTY TEMPURA RESTAURANT Dedication of premium ingredients providing sumptuous tender, light and crispy textures in our Traditional Japanese Tempura
The food from this restaurant when you dine in is delicious! However, I was very disappointed by my experience ordering takeout. My tempura was so soggy by the time I received it. Usually restaurants create holes to vent the steam to keep fried foods crispy. I couldnt believe they would pack it this way, especially since the DoorDash price seems higher than when you dine-in.
I ask never received the pickled vegetables. This was my last meal in Honolulu before heading to the airport and I was really looking forward to enjoying some crispy bites of tempura.

How could you send the fried food completely covered up like that? You need to change your packaging. Instead of crispy fried food, I received a soggy, mushy mess.
