The udon noodles were soft but slightly chewy. The kombu broth was salt, savoury and with an underlying sweetness. It was reminiscent of a childhood day at the sea side.
The panko prawns were crisp on the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside.
This was what fast food should be - but almost never is.

Avocado sushi was brown. Katsu chicken wasn't fresh but Gyoza was delicious and piping hot!

Delicious and fresh as always. Would be better if the Tasmanian Salmon was cut thinner on the hand roll.
