• 4 days agoI got the 4 rib dinner, fried pie
and lemon bar. Everything was absolutely delicious. Rib meat fell off the bones, homemade beans had just the right amount of sweetness and the English pea salad was delicious and a nice change from potato salad or coleslaw. The fried pie was crispy and had good filling and the lemon bar was also delicious. Too bad I live 2.5 hours away. I'd eat here all the time.

• 6/6/26The taste was amazing. The portion was very good and the freshness was top-tier. I am going to order that all the time now and the barbecue sauce was amazing. The thing that really set it off was the skin around. It was perfectly barbecued.

• 11/10/25I ordered a kids plate and it was brisket with a roll macaroni and broccoli salad. It was the perfect size just for me being on a diet. Barbecue sauce wasn't too sweet so it didn't raise my blood sugar very much and very tender.

• 26/8/24the Turkey Dinner was well seasoned and tasty,very friendly to the palate.The banana pudding made it extra special.The Mucho Macho Nachos were out of this world,such a generous serving,two can share very easily.!

• 17/5/26Bbq brisket sandwich that was supposedly sliced brisket really came out more like overdone finely chopped brisket. The saving grace was the barbecue sauce. Honestly, thebrisket was unremarkable. They shouldn't even call themselves barbecue, In my opinion, in this great state of Texas. The Childs Plate plate was a very good value for the money for the children. I think they need to take the cooks on a field trip to Soulman barbecue down the road.
