Wow, what a speedy delivery. Pad #36. Pad See-Ew continues to be our favourite dish. It is just the right balance of flat noodles and crunchy vegetables with whatever protein you fancy. We usually have pork or chicken. It wouldn't be what it is without the perfect background sauce which is the right balance of sweet and salty. Yum and thank you. Our second favourite item is #4. Chicken Satay (4) . Always done just to perfection. So good you don't even need the peanut sauce although, I like that too. The #35. Pad Thai is the #1 favourite item at this restaurant and it's good and knowing this we actually saved it for a meal on another night. A Thai meal would not be complete without a coconut-based soup: #12. Tom Ka Gai . I couldn't resist a few spoonfuls even though I am totally full . It will also be for dinner tomorrow. This is the best restaurant in this whole city. My roommates and I order from here all the time and it's always delicious, fast, and a great deal. I usually get the eggplant andall the ingredients--eggplant, bell pepper, onion, etc--are always fresh. Thai Basil is 10/10

We order from here pretty much every week, and we also sometimes go in person. The food is always fast, hot, and delicious no matter what time of day we order. The staff is always polite and patient no matter how busy they are (and they get BUSY!). A lot of other places in the area have jacked up prices or started using low-quality ingredients in recent years, but Thai Basil remains the same high-quality local pillar it's always been. Idk how they manage to keep their food so affordable but I'm so glad they do. My whole household loves this place so much. We tend to get the Pad Gra Prow and Eggplant & Basil, but we've eaten our way through most of their menu at this point and literally everything they serve is phenomenal. I can't possibly recommend this place enough. 11/10

Got the pad Thai combo and all they gave me was prawn. The noodles taste like ketchup and were clumped together. This Thai basil is so disappointing compared to what I usually get. Seemed not fresh and the portion size was big but 90% noodles. Did not finish, so I don't think I'll ever order from this store again

Have enjoyed lunch at West Broadway Thai Basil, so ordered today. Delivery was quick, driver was friendly. The food was disappointing. Everything was just okay and rather bland. This includes spring rolls. Nice crunch, but bland filling and uninteresting dip. 3/5 Next was chicken satay, which I thought would be much more flavourful and taste of being fire grilled, but they were just okay. Came with peanut sauce, which is standard, but not something I enjoy. But the biggest letdown was the lunch noodle soup. The broth was so watered down it was little more than warm water with a very slight flavour to it. Came with a big bowl of rice noodles, a few pieces of chicken and a very small amount of sliced spring onion and maybe one small piece of cilantro. It is sitting uneaten due to being so bland and tasteless. It will be heated up later with some things added to boost the flavour and make it appetizing, such as flavourful chicken bouillon. Overall a disappointing and bland lunch. Will not order again.
