• 5/12/22I messed up my order and called the store right away -- they were gracious and happy to fix MY mistake. A+ service in this non-customer service world! Oh, and the cookies and ice cream were as good as they always are! The gooey butter cake cookies are the absolute BEST; I get a dozen of them every time -- and only share with people I REALLY like! :)

• 27/9/25RUN DON'T WALK to the Baked Bear. Listen: I am a first year teacher and this place has kept me sane. I often order late night cookies that I enjoy while avoiding grading papers and lesson planning. The value is spot on, the cookies are consistent quality and freshness, and I'm hooked. Thanks, BB!

• 29/7/25I'm not a local and never heard of this bakery before, but the cookies (M&M cheesecake and goey butter cake) were amazing! The goey butter cake cookie was delivered warm, and they both seemed very fresh!

• 15/2/26I really hate leaving bad reviews, but these cookies were some of the worst cookies I've ever had. The price/ quality of the cookies is a complete rip-off. I've ordered cookies from( Doug and Dolly, some cookies were decent and some cookies were amazing) (Tiff Treats,AMAZING all the time and delivered warm) Le Macaron ( have an amazing chocolate chip cookie) BUT THE COOKIES from this place were horrible. I ordered the Dubai chocolate cookie, and it barely had any filling on the inside. For almost $5, you'd think that the inside would have adequate filling. The chocolate chip cookie is bland and the gooey cookie wasn't better. A complete waste of money for the price.

• 13/8/24I love the ice cream and we love the cookies.
We have been addicted to the Baked Bear from the moment we had their ice cream.
My only complaint is the $100 minimum on their door dash. We have a family of four and tonsof friends we love to share with. But order $200 is not allowed. Other than than that we highlyrec recommend them.
