Their burgers are consistently excellent. When I'm in the mood for a burger (and too lazy to cook for myself), this is the only place I Doordash from. No one else compares.

The burgers are so good that I eat it all up before I can take a picture!! Excellent quality, perfectly executed! Burger deliciousness in every bite!! Leaps and bounds above ANY fast food burger, for a very comparable price!!

Once again, the Burger Den was excellent!! Quality beef, not overcooked or underdone, with nice crispy bacon, on a very fresh bun, made exactly to my specifications!! And I am a pretty picky eater!! Every order from them has been consistently perfect! Burger Den offers REAL and REALLY DELICIOUS food at a price equal to--or maybe a bit less expensive than--fast food burgers!

Once again, Burger Den met and surpassed my expectations! I have ordered from them several times recently, and everything has been consistently delicious each time! The burger was once again perfectly cooked, as was the bacon! They followed my specifications perfectly! I look forward to a great ongoing relationship with Burger Den!

Very disappointing experience. The sandwich was dry, and I specifically requested All-American sauce and ranch, but neither was included. Missing the cheese. The photos were also extremely misleading—the sandwich I received was much smaller than what was pictured, especially for a $23 meal.
The chicken was rubbery, and between the texture, dryness, and lack of sauce, the sandwich was honestly difficult to eat.
What made the experience even worse was DoorDash’s response. If I had ordered directly from the restaurant, I could have taken the food back and addressed the problem with them. Instead, DoorDash offered me a $5 credit for a $23 meal, which is nowhere near an adequate resolution.
DoorDash needs to do a better job of holding restaurants accountable when customers receive food that is missing requested items or does not match the quality and presentation advertised on the app.
After this experience and the way my complaint was handled, this will be my last DoorDash order.
