As a transplanted New Yorker, but only recently moved from Ft. Lauderdale to West Kendall, I have been in search of what I consider to be a reasonable substitute for the kind of Chinese delivery I was once used to.
I have finally found it. Altho their egg rolls could use some improvement (the wrapper is too thick and doesn't crisp up well in an air fryer), their Subgum Wonton with chicken, shrimp, beef and mixed vegetables is just about as perfect as it gets. The proteins were beautifully prepared, and the hearty amount of the variety of vegetables was what I expect from a good Chinese "neighborhood" type restaurant; and they were perfectly cooked: nothing was *too* crisp (as in undercooked).
A HUGE plus, and the first sign that I had found something special, was 1) the pork fried rice and the Subgum Wonton were packed in the kind of individual cardboard containers one associates with Chinese take-out (as opposed to the ubiquitous plastic and aluminum containers I have found here). And 2) THE FRIED NOODLES!! Not the thin kind, or even the ones that are about 1/4-inch wide and crispy, but a good inch-and-a-half to 2-inch wide crispy fried noodles. I LOVE THEM!
I have found my go-to Chinese restaurant at last! (And reasonably priced, too!)

The rice was fresh , the chicken perfectly glazed .
And the rangoons were perfectly cooked amazing portions !

I have ordered from this restaurant many times. They have the best honey garlic chicken always very crunchy and not to much batter. Today for some reason maybe it's a different cook or just having a bad day. The Pepper Steak Lunch was bland rice has zero flavor, like when you have a stuffy nose and can't really taste anything. The steak part was extremely salty. The honey chicken was all mushy because they added the honey to it. Usually the honey is on the side until you eat it. Especially for takeout. They mixed the honey in the same container as the rice so I had rice soaked in honey. The wanton soup broth was really concentrated and really salty. Like I said before I have ordered from this restaurant many times so I know what great quality and amazing food they serve, so I know when it's not good. And today was horrible. If the restaurant has a new chef, please hire the old one back.

It was good but the way the Honey Chicken Lunch came in a plate that was drenched in grease to the point that it bled through the bottom and made everything everywhere sticky, plus getting all over my hands when I took the plate out was absolutely disgusting.
