Blommer chose to attend a food science course at the university dairy department so they could create their own high-quality ice cream, while the Chocolate Factory made its own hot fudge.
I requested The Phoenix without a bun (extra meat) and the chocolate factory staff exceeded my expectations by turning my sub into a perfect salad. It was delicious! They chopped everything up and offered the spicy Mayo in a dressing cup. Happy customer.

The flavors are always consistent and always spot. I've been frequenting Chocolate Factory since they first opened their Elm Grove location. My most favorite chili and tuna salad in the world. (and I have tried a LOT of chili and tuna!) My main reason for my review today however is that for the past few weeks my Tuna Salad Croissant has been strangely...wet? taking a bite means a bunch of liquid dripping out. The flavor is still great but someone definitely needs to be retrained on how to drain a can of tuna. Chili also seems a bit watered down recently but it's still worth ordering unless it gets worse

For a healthier option here? Try the Tuna Salad ! The mix, as well as the seasoning is absolutely epic. Paired with their delicious bread it's a win!
