I wish they labeled what drink was which and asked if we need straws or use the lids where you don't need them but drinks are always delicious!

Coffees where not filled, abiut 2/3 of the cup of coffee was missing...not what you would expect for what you pay for coffee

Tea Lattes|Winter Dream Tea Latte was great, but I also ordered Gourmet Chocolate & Candy|Milk Chocolate Salted Caramels and received chocolate almonds. I cannot eat nuts, so I had to throw them away. It's disappointing to pay a lot for coffee and food and then the order is wrong.

The iced Matcha Horchata was delicious and came out great. The sandwich was okay, but I requested it not be heated and it was warmed up anyway. Not a big deal, just please leave it as-is next time.
