• 21/6/26Very underwhelming. The kids pizza tasted awful and both our kids refused to eat it. Dry ribs were so overcooked they were crunchy and kettle chips were so undercooked they were chewy. Definitely won't order again :(

• 5/1/25Fries are soggy and flavourless apart from slightly burnt. The wagyu beef burger has no marbling and has been cooked dry. The cheese on the spin dip wasn't even fully melted, it had to be scraped off the lid.

• 9/1/26We ordered the cork nachos and the dry ribs and fries & garlic toast. We only received the dry ribs, garlic toast and nachos. I'm not sure how they miss a half of a meal but every time we order from this restaurant we are missing something or it's made incorrect. We actually stopped ordering for a while due to all the issues but thought we would try again. The dry ribs and dill dip were very good and not gristly. The nachos had lots of toppings but they were soggy and cold, some of the cheese wasn't melted. They include guac but I do think that the portion sizing for the salsa and sour cream could be improved. Most of all I just wish they could make the order correct, my kids were left without the fries they asked for and that's all they wanted.

• 11/10/25Fries in the poutine were undercooked and hard, there were bits of chicken in the Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap that were tough and hard to eat, sandwich was mayo overload and not enough cheese. Ham & Cheese Sandwich gross. Usually it's good food from this place but tonight's was horrible.
