The Hive is my absolute favorite breakfast / lunch spot. Since the first time they were suggested, I eat here once a week. Their breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and stuffed French toast gives First Watch a run for its money, and is far more reasonably priced.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

They got the last dollar from me The prices have gone up a the quality and portion size of the food has gone down hill. Ham Steak is not a Ham Steak Its thick sliced salty deli ham. The Strawerry Belgium Waffle was rubbery and disgusting. They use to be a good place to eat but now they are horrible

Have ordered from here a few times and never had issues. The portions for the cost are ridiculous, the bowls were minimal, and incorrect and the milk in the Iced Mocha was bad, you could smell it was spoiled before even taking a drink. Was highly disappointed. Also didn't receive the drip coffee.

The donuts were the size of the ones that come in the bags at a gas station.
They were prepared beautifully, but the size of the actual donuts were disappointing.
coffee/lattes were incredible.
Biscuits were of great size.
The meal was overall pretty decent, but I would not order the donuts with the expectation of them being anything more than a child's treat.
The best part was the timing. I didn't have to wait very long at all.
Maybe next time, I'll try dining in to compare the prizing.
I paid 57 dollars for 4 donuts, 1 meal, and 3 coffees.
70+ if you include tips.
Not the most affordable morning I've ever had, but the drinks were worth half of that, in my opinion, because they were that good.

Their Pan Fried Potatoes are my favorite. This is the best place for breakfast. Always great quality and always taste amazing. The Mac n' Cheese is awesome every time, and their bagels are always warm and toasted perfectly.
