I order coffee from here at least twice a week. The last few times, the coffee has just taste burnt. Super disappointing considering my drink cost me almost 8 dollars after I add the extra shots and flavors.

Love all the flavors, fast service. Bring back sugar free peanut butter! Favorite flavor Lumberjack - peanut butter & chocolate = melted Snickers bar!

Ordered a Snowy with extra caramel and extra sweet. All I taste is bitter burnt coffee. Very sad with a caffeine headache at home with sick kids so I wasted about 20$ in bad coffee. WTH I never have problems when I go thru the drive thru directly. Like online orders don't matter.

My drinks were missing $2.70 in Caramel Cold Cream topping. Thankfully, Doordash has refunded me. If it was missing because it wasn't available, they could have called me to see if I wanted a substitution or had my Dasher contact me.

The hot chocolate with peppermint powder & real caramel is amazing! One of the best hot chocolates from a coffee shop ever!
