We just moved to this side of town and saw they were finally on DD. Holy portions! We ordered 3 meals and the bag must have been at least 6 pounds. I ordered the Subgum Wonton Special because I LOVE the Subgum soup and the vegetable chunks were large and fresh. There were 4 pieces of lobster and so good! The pork and shrimp were large as well. The Lo Mein Combo & General’s Chicken Combo were also delish and the value is insane. $14.50 for General's with rice and chow mein?! Yes, please! Will absolutely order again!

The Orange Chicken Combo was good, nice and hot. The portion size was decent I just wish there was a little more rice. Otherwise I enjoyed the combo! However I will not buy the 12 Pieces Fried Wontons again because when I received them they were not as described. it was definitely a waste of money for them unfortunately!

Been eating The Islander's food for 40 years. Very disappointed tonight. Shrimp was overcooked and had the texture of rubber.The edamame tasted like fish. Disgusting. Had to throw them both away. Crab Rangoon was passable. Will not spend my money here again.

We had a poor experience a decade ago and struggled to give them a try, but are glad we did. Excellent quality and obviously house prepared sauces and apps. Great Chinese Food! So glad we gave it a retry.

The food was horrible, no taste , very dry , the batter wasn’t even cooked, no gravy came with the Pu-Pu-Platter for 2 . We didn’t even got a fortune cookie 🥠 with our order . Never again , absolutely horrible! Went down hill .
