Never eaten here in person, so I took a chance on limited options for Thanksgiving day. Very suprised by the quality of the food delivered. Travel time was roughly 12 minutes but Hot Mess Melt and French Fries were in great condition! I look forward to trying this place out in person.

The Fry's are really tasty. Crisp ,hot & seasoned well. the sandwich has a good taste as well. It's just heavy on the ranch sauce. Caused the toasted bread to be soggy. kinda hard to eat because the bread is wet. packaged well & smells great.

Ordered a soft drink, got a water. Ordered an additimal side of fries, received 10 total individual fries. Place is not worth your time or money.

First time ordering - sandwich was perfectly grilled and I really appreciate that it was sent in packaging that doesnt let it steam and get mushy on the way to me, there are some issues tho. The beef doesnt appear to have been marinated and there is little to no salt on this food. Plus it's practically screaming out for some kind of sauce. Overall not very tasty but perfect texture, appearance, and crunch. No complaints about the onion rings, theyre great! I would have ordered dessert if they'd had an option with no strawberries but they dont. Bummer.

I am totally disappointed,I ordered theGiddy Up Melt - Combo and received a sandwich with burnt and dried out meat that was too tough to even chew. I ordered online and wasn't able to send it back. The onion rings were good but I will not order from here again.
