I loved the sandwich but I got an orange soda instead of the punch I ordered but otherwise great

Very tasty and meaty sandwich. You really get your moneys worth. I am a big eater and I only can eat half a sandwich a sitting. They have great onion rings as well! Highly recommended 5 of 5

No idea how this place is rated high. I rarely place bad ratings but that shows how unpleasant of an experience I had with the food here. They place 1 chicken breast on the Feeling Groovy Melt which fits 50% of the sandwich bread they provide at best. So you halfway through the sandwich you're ending with just bread, cheese, and lettuce. The Giddy Up Melt 's brisket burnt ends are dry, and the sandwich is salty, you will definitely want water near you if you want to eat this.

This feels very misleading. I ordered from The Melt Down, only to find out my food was actually coming from Denny’s.
If I had known that beforehand, I would not have placed the order. On top of that, everything arrived in an unsealed plastic bag with absolutely no tamper-proof seal. For the price, this is unacceptable. Very misleading and not worth the price.

Very disappointed with the packaging. My DoorDash order came in a completely unsealed plastic bag with no sticker, seal, or any protection at all. There was no way to know if the food had been opened or tampered with during delivery. This is not acceptable for a food delivery order.
