The giddyup melt was real good, the toppings complimented the sandwich. Onion rings were made with real onions. Arrived quickly too.

incredibly inconsistent. First couple times I had it, it was great. This time, it was massive pieces of burnt meat, soggy fries, and just awful quality.

HORRIBLE quality food!! Ordered the Classic and came with the cheese NOT melted! Ordered the Giddy Up which is one of our fav sandwiches there...came with ONE pickle on each half of bread, no cheese on one half and no BBQ sauce!! We used to love The Meltdown but sadly this is unacceptable to pay that much for a grilled cheese. Will not be ordering again. Seems to be going downhill.

All of the food we ordered was delicious!! I would recommend this to anyone. We got the Hot Mess Melt and Talkin Turkey Melt . Both were delicious! The dessert Treatin' Myself Melt melts in your mouth!! We are here from Oregon and were looking for something new to try--so glad we did!

The bread gives the illusion of a large sandwich. You'll notice if you remove the top piece of bread, only half the sandwich is filled. Amazing melt, just not worth the price point.
