OMG YUMMY GOODNESS! HOT MESS Very tender lots of flavor the bread was perfectly crunchy. The combination of the meat, onions, cheese and the bread just was perfect. Two thumbs up highly recommend! If you're a meat lover ask for extra meat worth it!

Giddy up melt was nothing like the image and bread was salty. I liked the smoky flavor and the crunchy pickles was nice touch. However, imo the extra $3 above the messy melt was not warranted. Also fries are overpriced, but tasty. Overall, quantity vs $$ not impressed.

The giddy up melt & treating myself melt were very disappointing. The preparation was sloppy and sparse. The giddy up melt literally had only 2-3 small burnt ends on each half of the fairly large sandwich. There was more plain/empty bread to that sandwich than bread with the meat, cheese, etc. Not at all worth the money and poorly executed. We've ordered from other Meltdown locations and had a wonderful experience - excellent food, portions, and quality. This seemed like a rush job done with no care at all.

I ordered the brisket not completely burnt ends, and shouldn't a melt have more cheese? So disappointed. Really not worth $20 for a tiny box of fries and burnt food.

Used to love the food here, my last 2 orders meat is burnt, servings for sides are ridiculously rationed - amount is not worth value. Probably a better deal to eat at the restaurant, don't bother having Ur meal delivered.
