This was my first try with african cuisine, and Im so glad I picked this place. The Spinach & Egusi Stew was special with lots of flavor. I ordered with chicken, I received two large drumsticks, they were juicy, fried (not breaded) and it added such a nice crisp and char to the dish. Also a good amount of spice! but it wasnt too much spice for me and im usually a mild spice person. Would reccommend to anyone curious about egusi

Spinach & Egusi Stew:
The stew was extremely oily, and the flavor just wasn't to my taste. On the positive side, it was cooked thoroughly, and you could tell care was taken with the preparation.
Turkey Tail (Tsofi):
For the price they're charging, this felt like a rip-off. You can buy a whole pack of turkey tails at the grocery store for about the same price and get much more. What was served were just small, bite-sized pieces coated in suya seasoning, which didn't feel like a good value.

Portions are very small but flavor is good and spicy , I ordered the spinach and Egusi with beef , it came with 3 pieces of beef but it seemed like they just put the egusi around the meat definitely need more spinach and egusi for the price !

The okra stew was spicy yet flavorless and the oxtails were full of fat. The oxtail stew isnt really a stew it's just 2 oxtails with jollof rice, which I could say was the only thing palpable. Spent $40 for this. I will seek around for the best restaurant of African cuisine I could find. The fufu was not what I was used to.

Portions were worth the price, food tastes so good! The best I've had since I've been in America. I got the spinach stew and banku! Exactly what I needed. Thank you guys!
