• 27/9/26I ordered the Beef Brisket Platter and Pulled Pork Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo, and y'all. My credentials: I grew up in Texas for the first two decades of my life. Let me tell you: someone who loves their mama cooked this food. Someone whose heart is in the Alamo is in this food. The brisket is moist, the pulled pork is tender, it's all hitting the seasonings perfectly. I've been on a hunt since I moved to New England to find the best barbecue that reminds me of home, and this place has taken the title with a single plate. If you want good barbecue, complete with moist brisket and enough love on your plate to heal whatever hurts you've had, this is it. I'm not the "leave reviews on Doordash" type and here I am, typing this out 'cause this touched my soul. Pig Rig? Keep doing what y'all are doing, because it is CORRECT.

• 2/8/26the diesel beans were good, a little sweet but good.. greens definitely had too many stalk pieces but overall it was good. our biggest complaint is the meat, very tender but no flavor or seasonings, the sauce is the flavor. The portions were nice sizes. if I order again I'll definitely get the sauce on the meat.

• 16/8/26Way overcooked, like it had been sitting in a steam table for hours.
