The CoCo-Loco was delicious and packed with rich chocolate flavor. The combination of real chocolate ice cream, triple chocolate brownies, Ghirardelli® chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and mini chocolate chips made it an indulgent treat. However, the sweetness was a bit overwhelming. Reducing the sugar slightly while preserving the rich chocolate flavor would create a more balanced milkshake that is satisfying without feeling overly heavy or bloating. Like a well-crafted dessert, every ingredient should complement the others rather than one flavor dominating the experience.
One of the highlights was the excellent packaging, which kept the milkshake secure during delivery. I also appreciated that napkins and utensils were included.
I would love to see vegan versions of the milkshakes added to the menu, using options such as oat milk, coconut milk, or banana milk for customers who are lactose intolerant or prefer dairy-free alternatives. Expanding the selection with new vegan flavors would make the menu more inclusive.
Overall, the CoCo-Loco tasted great and was an enjoyable treat. While it is on the expensive side, improving the sugar balance, offering more affordable pricing, and introducing dairy-free alternatives would make the experience even better.

I got two shakes. The Down the Dough was just a vanilla milkshake with a few chocolate chips as they forgot to add the cookie dough. But the CoCo-Loco shake was amazing.
