First of all, I ordered the CocoLoco. The brownies were stale, nothing worse than hard and stale brownies! Then to boot they gave me a PAPER straw with my shake. Have you ever seen the video of the woman who appropriately demonstrates how useless paper straws for drinks are? Where after like two sips the pepee straw turns into a full sheet of flat, wet, soggy paper? Well yeah, that's on point. I couldn't have finished my shake even if I wanted to because the straw had started disintegrating before half way through. Not even a spoon included. ShakeShack is a disappointment for making the ultimate fail in choosing to serve paper straws with their shakes let alone not using fresh ingredients. Total waste of $18.

Very disappointed, ordered the Everything's Batter with Cookie Dough and it had no chocolate drizzle and no cookie dough pieces except the one on top and that's it, just a vanilla shake with mini chocolate chips not at all as described. My husband shake was the same not what was described and just vanilla with only the toppings on top and not through out the shake, not worth $10 at all.

The shakes were great, but save your money and just order from stake n shake because that's where they're from! $7 from Steak 'n Shake vs $11 from "The Shake Bar" what a scam!!

the shakes tasted like it had freezer burn all in it and the oreos tasted stale.
