What screams “American brasserie” more than a little gem Caesar, shrimp cocktail, and filet mignon? It’s not a trick question — it’s The Smith in a nutshell. The restaurant has gained a huge fan base …
Ordered an early dinner to the hotel. The food was amazing. The bar The Smith Bar Steak was terrific with a great crust and perfectly cooked. The Caesar Salad was simple and extremely fresh, crispy and delicious. Fantastic door dash choice after a long train ride to town.

I loved the Mac + Cheese and the Devil's Layer cake was excellent, when most other bakeries fail on chocolate cake. Rich, silky and indulgent. One negative...what ever made them think it was a good idea to pack a slice of cream cake in the same bag and piping hot Mac+Cheese? Needless to say, my lovely cake was half melted. But the part that wasn't was sooo good.

The steak was perfect and such a good proportion with the French fries. Pleasantly surprised on just how good it was

I order the The Smith all the time when I come into town for work. This was the worst food I've ordered from here. The chicken was so fatty and battered covered there was no meat. The skin was left on the chicken and it was slimy. Ick. Also tiny portions. I think it's this location maybe? Bummer.

This is one of our regular go-to ordering spots but we tried a couple new things. Spicy Ranch Fries had good flavor but were disappointingly soggy, and the ranch had way too much dill. Bone-In Ribeye also had good flavor but was unusually tough and fatty even for a ribeye cut. Sticky Toffee Pudding and Spicy Shrimp Scampi almost never disappoint.
