Their Matcha fresh milk tea tasted so bad & powdery, they added ice & sugar when I paid extra for 0%
I get herbal jelly added with the matcha but their herbal jelly taste BAD, like it had gone off. I get this same drink at kung fu tea & it tastes so good there. Their Beef yakitori(3pc) I wasn't expecting to just be boring dry chewy chunks. It arrived cold & dry :( the flavor of the dipping sauce was good tho, the sweet soy garlic. I was excited when I saw they added food to the menu but not anymore. I'm assuming most of it comes from a package or isn't fresh. This is the second time trying them & the first time was also not great

Amazing! The Rainbow cake is moist and has a strong taste of white chocolate so if you don't like white chocolate I would not recommend. The Chocolate temptation cake has a fluffy texture and has a hint of hazelnut, there's a slight crunch it's almost like taking a bite of Ferrero chocolate. The Belgian chocolate mousse cake is so good!! It is a bit rich but drink with water and you'll be fine.

Very americanized so food is sweet for no reason. For example, there was just pure sugar sprinkled on the Potato Mozzarella and the Hot braised chicken rice bowl🌶️ syrup was barely edible for my palate. The chicken wonton was on point (albeit miso was slightly salty).
All three teas were decent ( Taro Fresh Milk / 芋头鲜奶, Pineapple Fruit Tea / 满分凤梨, and Milk Foam Grape Tea / 海盐芝芝葡萄). Canned fruits used but flavor was on point.
TL;DR: Good for American palates, fast cooking, generous portions, skip the overpriced dogs.

The strawberry fresh milk tea has always been my favorite. It's very fruity but very good:) favorite Boba shop ever!
