Longtime Fishbowl patron here. It's a relatively common issue (inconsistency), but this one was bad enough for me to leave a comment.
My HEAT CHECK bowl was seriously lacking in chicken.
There was a single "piece" of chicken, and two or three shreds of chicken (top left of the lid in the photo).
Tasted good, but pretty sad.

This shop makes smaller portion than other Fishbowl shops. I don't understand why the quality cannot be consistent.

I ordered two some food here. But the portion is so different.
I also request Japanese flicks and dressing on the side. However, the dressing and the flicks are all missing...
The speed in this store is so slow comparewith other store. And the staff just chatting when they're preparing food with without wearing a mask.
