Absolutely loved my experience with Thyme Machine. Specifically, as there are not many great Middle Eastern spots in Brickell for lunch.
The staff is kind and ready to answer questions about the menu. The food is fresh and has a great authentic taste.
I tried the Za’tar with cheese and vegetables( your choice of adding cucumber, tomato, olives, mint, & cheese). Personally, I accompanied with hummus to dip and it was amazing!
So far I tried the Date beverage and Rosewater. Both are refreshing with the Rosewater being my top pick.
Namoura dessert & Unica bar are must-try.

Amazing bread that stays crisped on the outside after delivery, baklava filling is 100% real pistachios, fresh labne, good size portion, amazing price and would order again

Great food and excellent service! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and arrived hot. Special thanks to Issac for preparing such a delicious meal—the seasoning and quality were outstanding. I’ll definitely order again!

Paid $5.00 for extra chicken making Chicken Bowl a $20.00 bowl and the portion was around 4oz total. there was also less than 4oz of rice which is lowcost. Ripoff for the small sized bowl!

OK, so the rice that you see in the picture that they advertise is not the rice you receive when you place your order. The rice you receive will be a lesser amount than what you see on the picture. I literally took one spoonful and remember to take a photo
