I ordered the new Biebs Brew and it just tasted like a bitter iced coffee, you could hardly taste the vanilla at all... also, I ordered a large and they left a significant amount of the cup empty. The BELT sandwich I got was good but I'm disappointed with my coffee.

My Crispy Cilantro Lime Loaded Bowl w/ Cheese had nothing but rice, lettuce and chicken. this is not a Loaded Bowl.

The creamy chill had barely any chocolate syrup on it. Otherwise, it was delicious. The Timbits were fantastic
