They were out of an item I ordered, so they decided to swap it for something different and more expensive and charged me the difference without asking. I didn't even like the item they decided to give me. Bad solution, bad procedure.

Substituted a cheap regular doughnut for a specialty doughnut and tried not to give me the proper refund. Tell it it was complained about then only decided to give me a refund of the price difference and the donut was stale.

Iced Capp filled just over half way, how somebody could look at this and be comfortable presenting it to a customer is embarrasing.
