My first time ordering from this location and I'm very satisfied! Coffee and donuts were great

this location gets my order right about half of the time. I've received the wrong items, had items missing, and had add-ons (extra mayo, cheese on Large BLT Sandwich, whipped cream on iced capp) not included despite paying extra for them. this has happened not just once or twice, but several times.
speaking of their Large BLT Sandwich, it often arrives with burnt bread and not cut in half as it should be. I'd imagine the same applies for their other sandwiches. I've also had it arrive with the cheese in a separate bag instead of on the sandwich itself.
it's unfortunate that this location is the closest one to me that's available. I can't believe that they continue to operate this way; surely I'm not the only one this is happening to.

Worst service ever . I paid for Hash Brown as well but never got it in the order . Also they forgot to give me telera bun with Chicken Noodle Soup . Their service is always bad . Moreover the potato wedges were also cold .

It tasted like cream only. I ordered double doubles and got triple triples. Wasted money. However the dasher was good but Tim Hortons was awful

The hot chocolate was horrible, so watered down I didn't even drink it. The bacon in the farmers wrap was really fatty. Probably the worst Tims I've ever had.
